Assist Access/Maintain Employ
This service is designed to help individuals and /or groups of individuals find jobs making use of professional networks to locate and communicate with employers. This also includes support to access and maintain higher education as well as helping people set goals and plan to achieve those goals whilst supporting them throughout the process of putting the plan into action.
Assist-Life Stage, Transition
VCA provides services that assist participants’ capacity to manage different aspects of life such as transitioning through different milestones, individual skill development as well as navigation through the complexity of the NDIS. These services may include but not limited to peer support, mentoring, mental health recovery and coaching.
Assist Personal Activity
With this service we provide assistance and supervision of personal tasks of day to day living and enable participants to live as autonomously as possible. This consists of support with personal hygiene, dressing, communications and lifestyle. In short it’s about providing personal care and support.
Assist-Travel/Transport
We assist participants’ with travel/transportation to and from destinations as and when required.
Community Nursing Care
VCA provide community nursing support to participants’ who require higher levels of care and assistance, and this may usually involve advanced care supplied by our Enrolled Nurses(EN) or Registered Nurses(RN).
Daily Task/Shared Living
VCA helps participants’receive care and support within a variety of different shared living arrangements such as SIL, STA, MTA, ILO. We try and allow participants’ to live as independently and autonomously as possible whilst being in a safe and supportive environment. The care we provide will normally include all aspects of personal care such as hygiene requirements and other day to day support that they require

Innov-Community Participation
VCA assists participants to access mainstream activities that they enjoy. This can be anything from football games, fishing trips, camping, bowling etc

Assist Prod-Household Task
We assist in the supply of equipment that the participants’ require in their home to promote mobility and also with tasks to make their life easier. This may include delivery of, set/up, training around the product and maintenance.
Comms & Info Equipment
We help in the provision of equipment to participants that specifically assists to communicate efficiently with the aim to reach their full potential. The equipment aims to directly assist to communicate, gain information, retain information, complete daily tasks and maintain independence.
Participate Community
We assist participants to attend areas in the community such as shopping trips, appointments, leisure activities etc.
Therapeutic Support
VCA assists participants to gain access to various support services that are beneficial and therapeutic e.g. massage
Group/Centre Activities
At VCA we take participants to activities that are within a group or centre based and this allows for participant enjoyment in various activities or events of their liking/fancy.
